What are my savings by joining the PFD Membership program?
When you pay the yearly fee, you are automatically eligible for 10% off services rendered in our office, excluding Invisalign or any products.
How do I use the program discount?
As a member of the program, simply schedule an appointment and tell us you are enrolled. We will make sure your membership is current and you will be eligible for instant savings off of our regular fees.
Can I add others to my account?

Can I transfer my program to another dentist or specialist?
Your program is solely with our office and is non-transferable.
If I cancel or move, can I get a refund?
No, Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
The Fine Print
The Peddicord Family Dentistry Membership Program is not an insurance plan. Peddicord Family Dentistry is not a licensed insurer, health maintenance organization, or other underwriter of health services. The Peddicord Family Dentistry Membership Program is for uninsured patients only and there are no refunds. The membership is nontransferable. CareCredit cannot be used while enrolled in the membership program. The membership fee cannot be financed through CareCredit or other in-house financing. The membership program fee is due in full at time of enrollment, and all appointments must be paid in full at time of service. Memberships will run for one calendar year from the patient’s enrollment date. It is the patient’s responsibility to schedule and keep their appointments. No other offers or discounts may be combined with the membership program. A comprehensive exam is required prior to enrollment. To receive a discount on this exam, the membership fee must be paid and the contract must be signed on the same day as the exam.
The membership program offers a 10% discount on dental services, not including Invisalign or other dental products sold by Peddicord Family
Dentistry.
Peddicord Family Dentistry reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the program terms, fees, and services at the company’s discretion upon written notice from Peddicord Family Dentistry.
